Bryan is an Implementation and Upgrade Consultant and he drives the Improvisations vision. Get together with Bryan for a brainstorming session and you see him at his best. On projects, he brings a strong communication, project management and implementation background to forward-looking companies and has a passion for doing the right thing while getting things done. The perfect scenario includes difficult to achieve deadlines and complex data and systems requirements. The perfect client is not just interested in tomorrow or next week, but one that nurtures its teams to work outside the box, using innovative tools and training to achieve the seemingly unachievable.

Bryan has over twenty years of project management, systems and applications development experience with focus on Human Resources, Payroll and ERP implementations across industries including Healthcare, Manufacturing, Entertainment, Distribution & Government.

Bryan's key personal achievements include building a boutique consulting firm from the ground up saving client companies an average of US $2M a project for the last 20 years, growing the largest PeopleSoft and Kronos support groups in the world, and designing several successful modules to mainstream Human Resource and Payroll systems.

Jeff has over 25 years of IT professional experience; he has a proven vision and leadership ability beyond mere technical expertise. He is well versed in a broad range of best-practice approaches and he has a unique ability to chart clear courses for growth oriented companies.  Innovative and energetic with a passion for doing the right thing, Jeff has the technical savvy, communication skills, and dedication essential to an effective senior management team.  He is strong in both interim and permanent leadership roles.

Myron Oakes

Chief Technologist

Myron has over thirty years of experience with HR, payroll and timekeeping systems and applications development with current focus on ADP eTime, PeopleSoft, Kronos, and HRIS/Payroll systems implementation. He brings solid functional and technical skills in all areas of HRIS.

Myron specializes in the application of modern technology to the HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping functions. He provides consulting services and HRIS leadership to companies in various stages of HR and Payroll systems selection and technology integration, from strategy to implementation to assessment. Myron serves as Project Manager and/or technical lead in the implementation of new HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Timekeeping solutions.

Jeff is a Senior Consultant of "Getting Things Done" in Kronos Implementations. He is a Technical, Applications & Management Consulting wizard with over twelve years of experience in automated Time and Attendance, EDS, and HR / Payroll systems. He is proficient at all levels of TLM projects and implementations, including Project Management, Application Consulting, Custom Training Delivery, Management Consulting (Setup decisions, Business Process Reengineering), and Systems Consulting. Skills and qualifications include technical assessments, gathering functional requirements, customized reporting, business process reengineering, client surveys, configuring and troubleshooting of time and attendance software and risk assessments.

Dwain Lambrigger

Dwain leads the Training Zen initiative at Improvizations as the “Purveyor of Training Zen.” Dwain spent 10 years planning, developing and deploying training programs for customers in several vertical markets. His experience in the training field has helped him understand the need and develop a passion for truly customized training for organizations. “The more we can engrain from the organization and it’s employees into the training, the more effective the training will be.” Dwain has a Bachelors degree in Organizational Communication and has been in the training field for the last 14 years.
