Dwain leads the Training Zen initiative at Improvizations as the “Purveyor of Training Zen.” Dwain spent 10 years planning, developing and deploying training programs for customers in several vertical markets. His experience in the training field has helped him understand the need and develop a passion for truly customized training for organizations. “The more we can instill from the organization and it’s employees into the training, the more effective the training will be.” Dwain has a Bachelors degree in Organizational Communication and has been in the training field for the last 14 years.
