Mathew is responsible for creating and overseeing the execution of the processes required to increase awareness for Improvizations as the Kronos "industry experts", as well as defining and refining the go-to-market strategies. He is deeply involved with the company’s sales, marketing and recruiting departments, striving to “WOW” existing clients, future clients and internal colleagues with his creative ideas.
Mathew comes to Improvizations with more than 17 years of business development experience in the high tech sector with a track record of building new markets and driving revenue through Marketing, Channel Partners, and Strategic Alliances. Previously he was the Director of Business Development with Quatrro where he defined and developed the strategies for the sales process, including market penetration parameters, pricing strategies, implementation strategies, product training, and support considerations. Mathew has also held senior business development, alliances, and marketing positions at Jamcracker, Exodus, MCI/WorldCom, and Pivotal Software.
