After working as a CIO in both mid-sized and multi-national organizations I am once again home at Improvizations. Improvizations is actually where I got my first exposure to consulting in the late 80’s. My new role as Director of Delivery allows me to meld both my consulting and IT/HRIS experience with the tactical and strategic planning skills gained at Siemens and then Royal Dutch Shell. As the DoD the buck stops with me when it comes to keeping our promises to our customers and talent. The Improv delivery model is unique in the Kronos space and, quite frankly, is as responsible for our success as our hard working team members. We are constantly looking for ways to improve it; so if you have any issue or concern with our people or performance I’m the guy to call!
