Do you perform Kronos upgrades?

Yes, we do. We have decades of successful Kronos upgrade experience, including the most recent release of version 8. There are different approaches to upgrading Kronos: (1) perform a Optimization/Gap Analysis to identify existing issues that should be resolved before your planned upgrade or (2) perform a Like for Like upgrade, which upgrades Kronos to the latest version without addressing any compliance risk in the current configuration, or validation that existing application is functioning properly.

Do you do assessment services?

Yes, one of our core services is performing gap analyses (optimization assessments) for our clients to identify areas where improvement can be made. Sometimes this means troubleshooting configuration issues, other times this might mean identifying and providing needed training. We often perform an assessment prior to upgrading to ensure a successful upgrade project that supports your current user and business needs.

Do you host Kronos?

We are certified to work in the Kronos Cloud for customers who use Kronos’ Cloud hosting services. After the Kronos’ team sets up your hosting environment, we work closely with you to design your configuration based on your workforce management needs, configure and test your software, build any interfaces and custom reports, and help to ensure a successful implementation.

If you are moving to the Cloud from an on-premise solution, we work with you to identify any areas where your application can be optimized, assisting in implementing additional modules as needed, and modify any interfaces so your data exchanges still function correctly.

Do you sell Kronos?

We are not a Kronos reseller for either the Kronos suite of products or timeclocks.



Are your consultants all employees?

We are a hybrid consulting company, which means we have a core group of consultants with whom we have worked for years, ensuring continuity for our clients, and the ability to be agile and responsive to our clients’ needs. We also have full-time employees who provide Kronos professional services.

On average, our consultants have between 15 and 20 years of working experience in the workforce management industry, enabling us to provide an unusually deep level of strategic, functional, and technical skills. None of our consultants is below a senior level of experience, nor do we outsource any of our work to third party agencies.

Our resource pool is comprised of Technical Consultants (typically system architects who provide installation, server setup, load balancing and other hardware/software environment services), Applications Consultants (typically developers who provide configuration, custom interface and reporting skills), Project Managers, and Trainers.



Engagement Policies

We believe in clear and transparent communication with our customers. This is the best way to ensure that we form a cooperative, positive, and long-term relationship with you. We always commit to:

• Providing you with a clear Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines what we understand the work to be, giving you an estimate of both time and cost. We work hard upfront to make our estimates as accurate as possible so there are no budget surprises for you after work begins.

• We have an internal Project Management Office that tracks all work against the commitments made in our SOWs. You are welcome to pick up the phone and speak to our PMO at any time during the duration of our work with you.

• We also have an internal client document managing system that keeps your client documentation safe and secure, letting us maintaining a history of your client environment and the work we’ve done with you.

• We only bill the hours we work. If we complete the work early, you don’t receive any additional invoices.
