Responsibilities

The Project Manager is a critical focal point to our customers. The PM is expected to manage all project aspects and resources in order to ensure timely, efficient, successful implementations.

• Assign a wide range of tasks based on skills, experience, and availability; clearly communicates task priorities, helping personnel adjust workload as needed.
• Prepare project plans/schedules, reports and budgets.
• Track and monitor all deliverables, calendars and meetings as necessary.
• Set performance goals for project team or work unit.
• Monitor project and/or personnel performance, checking actual performance against planned performance to ensure technical, schedule, and budget goals are met or exceeded.
• Collect inputs and prepare weekly and monthly status reports as required.
• Explain any deviations from planned budgets and schedules.
• Provide technical and leadership guidance and direction to personnel to ensure proper, timely completion of work.
• In addition, provide personnel with timely, constructive, and actionable feedback that increases individual and team effectiveness.
• Anticipate problems or situations that could affect the team.
• Assess the potential impact on own and others’ work, and develop and execute the best work solution.
• Manage escalated situations as proactively as possible, involving management as needed.
• Interact frequently with team, management and customers to define project requirements and identify solutions consistent with defined terms, methodology, policy, and regulations.
• Develop strong customer relationships as ‘trusted advisor’ at project management, payroll manager, and senior management levels.
• Strong attention to detail as well as ability to function strategically within account; proactively look at ‘big picture’ for project/customer short and long term goals; identify and drive additional revenue opportunities within account.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within customer, tying them all together with strategic vision and focus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management work experience required
• Experience managing large software implementation projects required
• Broad knowledge of the Kronos suite of projects, labor management, HR / Payroll, ERP, or similar domain product/systems strongly preferred
• Strong experience scheduling, preparing presentations and status reports.
• Superb written and oral communication skills required
• Experience with Microsoft Project or other project reporting software required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work as part of a project team.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks ranging from project management to coaching other team members.

Kronos® WFC Applications Consultant

with experience in Timekeeper, Advanced Scheduler | Remote, travel depending on project requirements

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full lifecycle of Kronos product implementation from Discovery though Design, Build, Test and User Adoption
• Discover and analyze Client business requirements and business processes. Create usable documentation including Audit Findings, Business Requirements and Product Design Documents.
• Translate Findings and Product Design documentation into properly configured applications (WTK, WFS, etc)
• Develop custom reports (RDL) and WIM interfaces.
• Configure 4500 and InTouch clocks as required by the projects
• Actively participate, and as needed lead, testing and quality assurance activities for the projects
• Assist with change management and user acceptance testing.
• Work closely with Project Managers communicating and understanding goals required to complete required tasks on time and budget. Maintain the internal project management system up to date with all time worked, task status, and related documentation
• Maintain current in-depth technical, functional, and operational knowledge of Kronos Workforce Central

Required Skills and Experience

• 5 years of experience in Timekeeper implementations and upgrades. Some version 8 preferred
• 5 years of experience developing scheduling solutions using Kronos Workforce Scheduler (aka WFS or Advanced Scheduler)
• Excellent Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) programming skills
• Deep knowledge of timekeeping and scheduling standards, policies, procedures and systems
• Demonstrated ability to apply creative, innovative, analytical and critical thinking to strategies, practices and problem-resolution; ability to anticipate and address unforeseen issues; strong attention to detail
• Time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, government/municipal and/or education verticals

Kronos® HR/Payroll Application Consultant

Remote, travel depending on project requirements

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full lifecycle of Kronos HR/PR implementation from Discovery though Design, Build, Test and User Adoption
• Leverage your HR/PR knowledge to consult on best practices to assist clients in designing and building a solution that meets their needs.

• Strong functional and technical background in HR and Payroll (Time and Attendance and Scheduling a plus)
• 5 years of experience implementing Kronos® Workforce HR and Payroll
• Deep knowledge of HR & Payroll standards, policies, procedure and systems
• Experienced with FLSA, ACA compliance and CA labor law rules
• Experienced in healthcare, manufacturing, government/municipal and/or education verticals
