KronosWorks 2016: Preparing your To-do List

KronosWorks, the annual Kronos customer conference, is rapidly approaching! On November 13th-16th thousands of people will meet at the Hyatt Regency in Orlando for networking, training, and the opportunity to connect with Kronos customers from all different industries. When planning for a large event like KronosWorks, there can be a lot of details to remember. If you are anything like me, you have lists and sticky notes everywhere reminding you of all there is to do before November. To help your planning process go smoothly, here are a couple reminders to add to your KronosWorks 2016 to-do list:

  1. Make sure to Register!

If you haven't already, make sure to register for KronosWorks 2016! Create a folder for all of your registration information  so that you are organized and can easily be admitted into the exhibition hall.

  1. Plan your Agenda!

With over 120 different hands-on training and technical courses, this event is the best time to sharpen your skills working with Kronos applications. There are multiple sessions for all applications including Workforce Ready, Workforce Central, and iSeries Central.

You can view the on-line agenda to search for specific sessions by visiting www.kronosconference.com.

All the sessions are open on a first-come, first serve basis, so you will want to have a plan to make sure you get everywhere on time.

  1. Print or Pack Business Cards

KronosWorks is all about networking. Make sure you have plenty of business cards to exchange with exhibitors and any business contacts you meet.

  1. Download the KronosWorks App

The KronosWorks app is a great way to stay on top of what is happening during the convention. With an interactive schedule and agenda, you can stay on track with the day’s activities. You can also communicate with other attendees through the twitter portion of the app. Make sure to tweet your best KronosWorks pics and moments using our hashtag, #WeDoKronos.

  1. Shop for Business Casual Attire

You will want to look your best when you meet over 1,800 attendees! Take advantage of the one-on-one access to Kronos employees, experts, and business partners. The connections that are made at KronosWorks cannot be found at any other WFM event.

  1. Re-watch or Re-read Harry Potter

On Tuesday, November 15th, Kronos is hosting one of the biggest parties KronosWorks has ever thrown: an evening at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. From 7:30 on guests will have unlimited access to Dragon Alley at Universal Studios Florida and Hogsmeade at Universals Islands of Adventure, Explore Hogwarts castle, see a wand choose a wizard at Olivanders, experience the multi-dimensional thrill ride Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts, and more! Make sure to freshen up on the books or movies before experiencing your wizarding fantasies in real life.

Make sure you come out and visit us at booth #339 this year! We are looking forward to getting to know you and answering any questions you have about your Kronos applications. With over 25 years of industry experience, our team of experts is prepared to talk with you about Kronos upgrades, custom reporting, implementations, implementation audits, migrating to the cloud, or just general workforce management questions!
