As an Improv Integration Consultant, you will be at the forefront of offering bespoke Integrations, Automations, Reporting, and Support, playing a pivotal role in transforming our clients' workforce management systems.

  • Participate in the full lifecycle of UKG product implementation from discovery through design, build, test, and user adoption.

  • Discover and analyze client integration requirements and processes. 

  • Create usable documentation including audit findings, business requirements, and product design documents.

  • Translate findings and product design documentation into properly configured integrations. 

  • Work closely with Project Managers communicating and understanding the goals required to complete the required tasks on time and within budget. 

  • Maintain the internal project management system up to date with all-time worked, task status, and related documentation. 

  • Support existing integrations for ongoing Support clients.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Boomi Developer Certification and UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) Boomi Integration Certification 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with integrating a Workforce Management system. 

  • UKG Workforce Central or Dimensions (Pro WFM) module configuration experience. 

  • Ability to deploy UKG integration templates and modify them as needed. 

  • Support UKG Workforce Central WIM and Dimensions (PRO WFM) integrations.

  • Boomi certification and UKG Dimensions Integration Consulting Training completed. 

  • Exemplary customer service skills with demonstrated ability to effectively develop and maintain client relationships. You are expected to WOW! The Client. 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).


  • UKG Workforce Central WIM and custom report writing experience. 

  • UKG Dimensions (Pro WFM) certified 

  • Development languages (.NET, Java, JavaScript, JSON, SQL) 

  • Development tools (source control, defect tracking tools, Postman, etc.) 

  • Experience with ADP eTime/Workforce Management optional.
