Director, UKG Pro Consulting Services

Reporting to the Chief Delivery Officer, the selected individual will be expected to lead the UKG Pro PR/HR team in the sale, implementation, delivery, and overall solution life cycle success of these and complementary partner solutions. They will be responsible for the quality and efficiency of consultant project delivery. This includes oversight and participation in discovery, contracting, requirements documentation, configuration, testing support and go-live of the client’s solution. Rapid growth of this team is expected, and they will lead the charge in ensuring the highest level of quality deliverables are maintained while attracting, training, and retaining the best in the industry. An effective candidate must be a self-starter willing to work closely with the existing Improv team, including the ability to learn through mentorship and on-the-job training as well as self-study.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts in Outreach, Attraction, and Retention (OAR) of clients.
• Manage external partner resources and team recruitment.
• Guide UKG Pro implementation from Discovery to User Adoption.
• Consult on HR/PR best practices for client solutions.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance activities.
• Manage work across multiple clients.
• Assist in change management and user testing.
• Maintain project management systems and documentation.
• Stay updated on UKG Pro technical knowledge.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong HR and Payroll background with understanding of basic policies and standards (Time and Attendance/Scheduling a Plus)
• 5+ years of UKG Pro and/or Ultipro implementation and methodology experience, certification preferred.
• Consulting mindset with ideal experience related to healthcare, manufacturing, public sector, or S&D verticals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables from sales process through wrap up with growth mindset.
• Excellent client service and relationship-building skills- ability to WOW! Both your team and the client
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
